Fermi Sandbox is for sale

Over the past 8 months I have thought about selling Fermi Sandbox.  I have talked with friends and family and have decided now is the time.  I suspect that there is more money could be made from Fermi Sandbox however our goal was covering tier.  I will not be making any changes and Fermi Sandbox will continue to operate as it is now until a buyer is found.  Fermi Sandbox has been an amazing experience, the staff is amazing, and the real reason we have grown so much.  There are many people to thank, and I will do that personally.

So the real question is what do I get?

First I am not just selling some sim named Fermi, that is the least important part of Fermi Sandbox as we have been in many sims over the years.  I am selling the whole thing, the entire operation, to include the two groups that make up the public and management side of things.  All of the systems we use to manage the place with the exception of our group inviter (JVA bot).  I will also stay on to assist in whatever way the new owner would like for up to a month.  I would hope, and expect that some staff members will stick around.  Fermi Sandbox pays for itself through donations and rental spots, we have some additional internal expenses that you may or may not have.  We have however covered tier for the last 20 consecutive months which I would imagine to continue.
